| I dont like their types at Camparis , my dog is from the old english lines. I only want swedish, finish and british lines, i would never get a yorkie from another country !! Yorkies in for example spain, america and italia are just not like the real yorkie! They have way too short nose, people die their coat, that is WRONG, its a reason for that its banned in many countrys, i know of a very sucessful breeding and showing yorkie that was WHITE as snow! the owner colored him so he could win everything! They are so long legged, have wrong tailset (way too high, the standard says that the tail should be slightly above the hight of the back, in those countrys the tail is STRAIGHT UP or curled! that should not be allowed anywhere in breeding. They are way too small, and have so many health problems, here in Iceland, Sweden and Finland there are very very few health proplems, its almost no yorkie here in iceland who has died because of a health proplem. You may judge me wrong, but the yorkie like it is suppose to be is not like in those countrys, i care about the real Yorkshire Terrier, that is built buy standard as much as possible, and is healthy, it should be very rare to have a yorkie thats not full of health. I myself want my yorkies 3-5 kilos, not smaller, its hard to find yorkies that weigh more than 2 - 2,5 kilos today! people are ruining the breed

| The standard here is 2 - 3,3 kilos. But its OK to breed from a little bit heavier, many yorkies here are so strongly built (not fragile little small ones, just strongly built and heavier built), like my Fido's sister is 5 kilo's, but she's the same height as a 3 kilo bitch she's just more meat and bones, haha I hope you understand me, im not the best at english. The yorkies here are just strongly built and much much heavier built, i dont know how to say this... just so heavy in them, but not big Like Fido, he's 6 kilo's and he's the size of a 4,5 - 5 kilo bitch. Fido has so much body, he's very very strong dog, he's stronger than my little sister who is 4 years, when they play tug-o-war, he wins

| Also, dont forget that only before about 100 years from now, maybe 150, the Yorkshire Terrier were from 6 kilos to 13 kilos, so theres no such thing as a ''too big'' yorkie, Fido is not too big, he's just like in the old days

| I beg to differ..there is such a thing as "too big" Yorkie...we do not live in the old days..the AKC standard is quite clear as to size.. |

YorkieTalk Newbie! | Fido, I do respect your important opinion, but the standard is very well defined by FCI regarding entire yorkshire terrier, including weight. I think that DURRE, CAMPARIS, NIKNAK, Parksides, Penghibur, Monderlay, etc, are very consolidated bloodlines and I really love them. Enrique |

| Yeah I know that But I think all sizes should be allowed, maybe 8 kilos max. That would be soooo cool. Well, yorkies today often give birth to one and one puppy who is way too big for standard, maybe a very beautiful puppy who is completily in standard except for the size, why let it ''go to waste'', oh this is just me and what i think... I think big yorkies should be allowed, they are no worse than other yorkies, i dont know any other breed who gives birth to so many ''too big'' yorkies. I dont like these super small yorkies, TO ME they are like kittens or something, not yorkies to me... as much as I love the breed, I think people shouldnt ruin the breed. Im more saying that i dont like those supersmall ones, so many people just want them tiny teacups and some cute dolls, that is not what this breed is, this breed is a good hunting dog for small animals, and their sense of smell is AMAZING ! Once I was walking with Fido off-leash, he ran all over a huge grass, who was maybe 400-500 meters, just to lift his leg on some stone, he found the smell of another dogs pee, i didnt know he could smell so far! I'm always hiding treats and toys over the house, he goes right away on the right spot and gets it, these dogs are way more than some teacup dolls... they are real dogs, all under 2,5 kilos is a tiny teacup inbred dog just for their size, i know it isnt like that but i think it is... Also , the health is a big issue, if you want a really healthy and good yorkie, then get a yorkie from britain, sweden or finland I know they have very very good yorkies, most of the breeders there

| You better be sure who you are recommending. I personally know one of them on that list of yours is NOT someone I would recommed or deal wtih and for very very good reason. |
