He wines and runs when i try to pick him up he is not socal no more and wont eat his food. My daughter said he started acting like this on the 3rd he was with her. She said he is mad cause i left him and this is the longest i was ever away from him. Could he be depressed and what do i do to get him to eat |

| Hmmm.....when my wife and I have gone out of town without the kids, our oldest Houston, goes into a funk after about three days. He will stop eating and just mope around (that's when the care takers break out the wet food--or chicken and rice....he'll always eat those). Not sure about the skiddish behavior though....Houston is always elated when we return.....you might have to "treat" him back to being more social. i.e. call him, treat, comes to you, treat, etc. Wish I had more to offer, sorry.
