| "She's 2lbs but is a little overweight"!!! ARGHHH!!!!! My daughther is a cashier and a lady came through her line with a Yorkie in a baby carrier. My daughter said we also have a Yorkie, and started asking age, weight, etc. and told the woman how adorable her puppy was. The woman said that she's not a puppy, she's an 18-month old "teacup"...she weighs 2lbs "but was supposed to be only 1.8 lbs, so she's a little overweight"!!!!!!! Disgusting. My daughter said she doesn't even remember Rocco being that small at 8 weeks...he wasn't. He was 2.9 lbs at 8 weeks.

| The stupidity of people never ceases to amaze me! How can a dog that small survive? My Mabel is a whopper compared to that , she is around 9lbs, she seems little bitty to me! (although, Mabel is teapot material!!) It is just a shame that some people can't apprechiate this wonderful breed for their personality, spunk and all around greatness but instead of how miniscule they can breed them! Sickening!! It's like some sick, shallow status symbol!

| I've noticed that when people find out I have a yorkie the following question to follow is "How much does she weigh?" Amazing. Yeah, I would like her to stay on the small side, because it makes easier to transport via motorcycle, horseback, shopping...etc. Oh mine is 6 1/2 lbs. and she's 2 1/2 yrs old. Back in the spring she got up to 7 lb. she loves to walk so when the weather is nice during the summer we WALK. Love her no matter. |

| I tell people Hammer is 13 lbs and I get a strange look. I get asked EVERYTIME if he even his a yorkie, cause of his dark hair and large size. I love my HEALTHY, hearty teapot! |

| I worry with Jesse at 3lbs, I cannot imagine having a full grown yorkie weighing just 2lbs, let alone less then that, my nerves would be shot. Very sad.

| I hope your daughter told that woman a thing or three. How sad for that tiny baby. I'll bet it's going hungry over her stupidity!!!! My neighbor has a two pound Yorkie named Minnie Mouse, but not because she's on a diet for sure. Minnie is a few years old too. She's such a house mouse.
