| I think I should copy that message and post it here locally. The Orlando CL is always full of ads that always dispose of their pets for some reason or other.

| The only thing it forgot was mine: Karen (English/Irish) 18 although she is considered up there in age we have had her for a long time and want a "special" home for her. She is somewhat lazy at times and stubborn at times also. Is completely housebroken though. Had lots of work done with her teeth and has completed all necessary vaccinations, but is not spayed. any takers...I have 4 of these in the 18-21 age range...any rescue groups wanna help

| it's still there when I clicked on it. But here is the "ad" I thought it was an awesome example of how disposable some people think families are. Like it or not, your pets ARE PART OF THE FAMILY and some people seem to forget that. For those of you that missed it here is the original post: Please help! After two long years of being on the waiting list for a dog, we have been notified by breed rescue that, at long last, our number has come up and… WE ARE HAVING A PUPPY!!! We must get rid of our children IMMEDIATELY because we just know how time consuming our new little puppy is going to be and it just wouldn’t be fair to the children. Since our little puppy will be arriving on Monday, we MUST place the children up for adoption this weekend. They are described as: One male – his name is Tommy. Caucasian (English/Irish mix), light blonde hair, blue eyes. Four years old. Excellent disposition. He doesn’t bite. Temperament tested. Doesn’t have problems with peeing directly in the toilet. Has had Chicken Pox and is current on all shots. Tonsils already removed. Tommy eats everything, is very clean, house trained and gets along well with others. Does not run with scissors and with a little training he should be able to read soon. One female – her name is Lexie. Caucasian (English/Irish mix), strawberry blonde hair, green eyes, quite freckled. Two years old. Can be surly at times. non-biter, thumb sucker. Has been temperament tested but needs a little attitude adjusting occasionally. She is current on all shots, tonsils out, and is very healthy and can be affectionate. Gets along well with other little girls and boys but does not want to share her toy and therefore would do best in a one child household. She is a very quick learner and is currently working on house training. Shouldn’t take long at all. We really do LOVE our children so much and want to do what’s right for them. That is why we have made the difficult decision to rehome them. But we simply can no longer keep them. Also, we are afraid they may hurt our new puppy. I hop you understand that ours is a UNIQUE situation and we have a real emergency here. They MUST be rehomed by Sunday night or we will be forced to drop them off at the local shelter. Our priority now must be our new puppy. Location: LOL it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests PostingID: 1961611050

| I posted it, and this is the response I got... This person was serious: "Hope the breed rescue you say you are adopting from realizes you plan to drop off two children just to make sure your rescue puppy doesn't have to make friends. What crappy parents you are!! What happens when the new puppy grows up ?? Going to drop it off too?"
