I need help. I bought a playpen on E-bay for my 4 month old yorkie so he can have a bigger area to play. Within in 10 minutes he figured out how to unzip the side panel to get out. I couldn't believe it so I turned it around to a different side. Right away he looked for the zipper and unzipped it. Is that normal? I think I have to find a small lock to lock the zipper.

I think is too smart. Now only we can fully get potty training.

Sofia does this too. I use a twist tie to keep it closed, works like a charm.

Get a large baby safety pin and on the outside pin the zipper in the up position.

They also make small cable holders for knitting that have a blunt end but pin in place if you're worried about using a baby pin.

There aint a expen or crate that she can't get out of. I put her in the expen this morning after covering up the hole she chewed to make her escape. Got to work, turn the webcam on and she's made her escape already. Guess i will have a present waiting for me when I get home

Also my expen was mesh and has the zippered side. Well I did tie the zippers but when she realized she couldnt open it that way, she chewed a hole in the mesh and that is how she got out. Oh and it took her 8 months to figure it out but she manage to finally escape.

Nyke is always getting out. I have a gate I use to section a part of the hallway for him so he can't hurt himself and tear stuff up and when I get home he meets me at the door. I wonder how long before he will be able to get out his crate too.
