|  Poochie Heaven Has anyone ordered from this site before? I placed an order, paid for it via PayPal and Poochie Heaven sent me an email saying it was shipped on 9/3 via First Class USPS. I've not yet received it. I emailed them and have received no response.

| I haven't bought from Poochie Heaven, but have only seen positive reviews. First Class mail takes a little longer than Priority, and Monday was a holiday, so mail could have been delayed. I wouldn't be concerned. I am sure you will get your package soon.

| Donating YT 500 Club Member  | Hi - I did order recently, but my package shipped UPS on the 1st and it didn't arrive at it's destination until the 7th. I know that sometimes the Postal service can be slow - I'm sure it will be to you soon.

| I just got your email about 10 minutes ago and haven't had a chance to respond. It was shipped on the 3rd via first class. I'm not sure where it is- but will have to check with the post office on Monday. It wouldn't surprise me with the Holiday it taking a little longer, but then again packages can and do get lost, so that may be the issue as well. I'll respond to your email right now as well. |

| Thanks everyone. I did hear back from Jenny tonight and all is good. I forgot about Monday being a holiday. Hopefully it is still in transit. I am so excited about getting new jammies for Toby! Thanks for the quick response Jenny. The post offices around here are usually fairly good but with USPS, one can never tell! I'll do my best at being patient. LOL

| My order was a bit delayed due to the Holiday. Jenny responded to me quickly when I inquired about it. Got my package two days ago and LOVED everything I ordered!
