| Jackson typically walks 5 days a week for 30 minutes minimum, and 1 hour maximum. If he doesn't get his walk, he gets sooo restless inside (starts finding things to chew and bring to me, etc.) Also try to get in 4 mile walks on the weekends but that's become more of a once a month type deal. Almost every Saturday we go to the dog park for 2-3 hours (today was his first time in over a month though, hot weather!) I also try to get him to the beach near my aunt's house (about 35 mins away from me) once every 2 weeks or so. We do games of indoor fetch on really really hot (or really really cold) days usually for 10-15 minutes of fetching down the long hallway. Also 10-20 minutes per night of trick/mental exercise. We visit over at my dads house probably 2-3 days/nights per week. He gets the most exercise over there because there is an inground pool, so he swims and dives a ton. He also llooovesss to run along the fence as I ride on the opposite side on the four wheeler and chase me! He's gone up to 17mph beside me, he's fasssttt. I try to do that a few times by the fence on purpose so he gets good runnin' in for the day, LOL. Basically... he's a really active dog! ha! And I love it.

| Couver gets his exercise in many different ways. We go to the dog park where he plays fetch and chases the other dogs about 2 times a week. He loves to chase his sister and play fetch in the backyard. He also loves chasing the squirrel and to bark at the people who walk by our house. We play fetch inside at least once a day where he brings me a stuffed toy or ball and I throw it for him. He loves chasing it and playing tug-o-war with it. He also chases the cats in the house. We also go on short walks 2-3 times per week. We live a few minutes away from a hardware store, and living in a 98-year-old house, we make frequent trips there.

| For now, most of Kaji's exercising is inside. We play fetch, chase/tag, and he "hunts" for his toys. I hide them under pillows or blankets and he has to use his nose and ears to find it, then he leaps/pounces, and digs until he uncovers his treasure. It's really very cute. We also like to visit his friend Missy as often as we can. They play chase and kiss kiss kiss until they're both tired. They walk together and play at the park too.

| Aerobics, weight lifting, kickboxing. We do brisk walks outside in the morning and evening, play loads of fetch, and wrestle and chase the rest of day. |

| Usually we walk every evening but the heat and humidity here have kind of got us off schedule! Lucy loves to play fetch and wrestle with our hands - we play that every evening inside or outside. Her and Ringo chase each other around several times a day and roll around together. But I will be happy when this heat waves ends and we get can back to our regular walking.

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Teehee Maximo. We do yoga, cycling, and kickboxing. Beyond that. We swim 3x per wk. I'm lucky to live on a lake with many more relatively nearby. We have 2 walks morn n evening when not swimming. Swimming is a fun 2-3 hr adventure cause we do some hiking n training too. We do agility 1x per wk, and obedience daily. We don't play inside so much. But we will do some tug of wars, and some trick treat training. Thats about it. I love the summertime so much, so easy to get out and have fun with the mutts. Wintertime is harder for us.

| Going for walks only if my husband is with us. I don't take chances with my "kids". Otherwise they go on the treadmill and especially during the rainy season.

| Levi's pretty active! He runs around our fenced-in yard for ten to thirty minutes about three times a day. Indoors, we play fetch and work on trick training. He wrestles with his little chihuahua friend Tater almost every day, we visit the dog park about once a week, and we go on walks pretty often.

| Brandi is in training. We are going on a 3 mile walk-a-thon for the american heart association so we have been walking every evening for about an hour. We do a little mixing of power walking and dawdling so I don't tire her out. She handles it just fine. In fact she even runs for part of our walk. Sometimes I can't keep up with her. I am thinking 3 miles should be easy for her but of course if she gets tire I am there to pick her up. So she is getting plenty of excersie. Our problem is the winter months. She hates going out in the cold and so do I so we don't excersie as much. |
