| Update on my baby! more pics too! so, i took her to the vet again and, as i thought, her teeth are in bad shape. she's going to need to get a scraping and a couple of extractions. we were there for quite a while and on one occasion, while we were waiting, she was laying in my lap and she kissed me on the hand for the first time!!! oh, my heart just melted.... so, she is about 4 years old. she weighs 3.2 lbs, but she can stand to gain about 1/2 pound.... i'm going to start transitioning her to new food in the next few days ... today, i snuck some coconut chips in her food and she gobbled it all up!! heehee she won't eat them by themselves, but i want her to get it in her system to improve her coat.... she is getting really good with walking on a leash ... she's still a bit skittish, but not with everyone ... some people and dogs she can't wait to get away from and runs behind me (or growls at the dogs if they get too close) ... some she seems to like ... i can't figure her out . we walk for about an hour and she's right there with me, but it wears her out!!! i'm getting her to go "hurry up" and now she's learning to do both #1 and #2. when we come in, she gobbles up her food, finds her spot on the couch and goes straight to sleep!!! i can't keep her awake for anything!!! it's so cute ... i love her so much.... i got the cutest little pink tees from kidzmuzicdotcom and i put one on her after she had a bath. i attached some pics of her in her t-shirt and harness!! that was the first bath i had given her and i was so nervous!!! but she was a total doll, she was quiet, she didn't struggle at all, she just shivered ... i felt soooo bad for her, but i did it as quickly as possible ... afterwards, she even let me dry her with the blowdryer!!! after a while she stopped shivering and curled up on my lap .... i think i have the potty training allllll wrong ... i have her pee pad in her ex-pen and she uses it, but sometimes she misses and i would like to get her to a point where she only goes outside, but i really need to get her schedule together ... i may need to crate train her ... i put a pee pad out on the balcony, but she has refused to use it so far.... any suggestions on getting her completely outside trained would be helpful.... ok, i'm rambling, but i wanted to update!! and a big THANKS to all the YT'ers who have offered their help, advice and support!!! i don't know how i'd be handling all of this without it ... typsy thanks you too!! oh yeah, i still haven't settled on her name |

| What a doll! I can tell she's already got you wrapped around her paw. It is possible that you may not be able to re-train her potty habits. I am just saying it is possible, not probable. She's no longer a puppy. You'll just have to try it and see if you do not want her to use the pads.

i have to keep my camera nearby to catch all her funniness ... one of these days, i'll catch a pic of how she balances on her front paws when she's really excited about eating her food ... it's hilarious!! i still can't figure out why she won't drink water | ||
