Both are the same type of yorkie or they are different variety

Depends who you are talking to. There are three major Biewer clubs, and two of them seem to believe that the Biewer is a close cousin of the Yorkie, but is different enough that it should only be breed with other Biewers, not Yorkies. Only one of the clubs believes in breeding back to Yorkies, and even parti yorkies, so this is the only club that believes Parti's and Biewers are the same thing. My personal beliefs that it's not a Biewer unless both sides can be traced back to the German registry.

The Parti colored Yorkshire Terriers are AKC registered the Biewers are not.
Parti is a color not a breed, they are Yorkshire Terriers.
