|  hi everyone! My name is Gabrielle and I have a 7 week old Yorkie named Asher. I've had him for 2 days, and I'm excited about all the fun we're going to have...eventually. He's very young, and working on getting used to my apartment. He's most certainly a chewer, so we're working on that together.  I'm looking forward to talking with all of you guys and learning about my new pet as we all share stories. |

| Welcome!!  You can get Bully Sticks, Himalayan dog Chews, and/or antlers to help keep him occupied and fulfill the desire to chew, without destroying furniture etc. |

| Hi and welcome to YT. Congrats on your new baby. Please read up on the care and well being of smaller breed dogs as these little ones can be so delicate. Your pup is very young and I thought that most pups and kittens usually stayed with mom for a bit longer than 6 1/2 weeks. Can't wait to see pics.
