| Welcome! You will *love* this site. I've been told often that people think Jackson is a Silky or either Silky/yorkie mix. I honestly don't know They're so similar to me. He's 12lbs so size throws people off. Welcome to YT!

| Yorkies and silkies Your dogs are great in here, I have a twelve pound Yorkie and the silkies look very much the same. I can't even tell, maybe the nose is shorter than my silkies and I know silkies are alittle bigger but depends on size of yorkies. There really is little difference except my yorkie is very very active. Love this site |

| Welcome!!!!!!! My Moka and Mylee are Silkies. Moka is smaller at just 7 lbs. fully grown, and people often call her a Yorkie, but I think that is because Yorkies are all they know. Then again, she is a puppy mill puppy, so she could be anything! My Mylee has more Silky characteristics so even between my two there are fairly noticeable differences. I can't wait to see some of your pictures!!
