| Mardi Gras? I was wondering if there is anyone located on the Gulf Coast (LA, MS, AL,..etc) and if they went/planned on going to Mardi Gras parades. If so, did you or do you plan on taking your babies? I know it's not exactly practical, but here over the years I've seen people with their yorkies and other little dogs at the parades. Well, not really in the crowds watching the actual parade, but along the sidelines just enjoying the sights, music, and such. I probably won't take my babies, but if I were to they would be on short leashes and carried in my arms majority of the time. I'd also plan to bring a couple bottles of water, their water dishes, and a sweater for both in case it gets too cold. I sure think it would be fun to hang back with them and enjoy the festivities at the same time.

| We live in Louisiana, and we go to family oriented parades in Lafayette, and while Jasper is too young this year to go (he's only ten weeks), I fully intend on taking him next year, weather permitting! If it's the right atmosphere, and your babies love the outside, I think they would have a blast!
