Senior Yorkie Talker | Does your yorkie do this... Reese constantly tries to hide her treats, so often in our living room somewhere that she has literally rubbed some of the black off of her nose trying to bury the treat with "dirt" haha. its so funny. What I want to know is if the black on her nose will ever come back.

| My little Yorkie Suzi has a brown bit on the end of her nose too. She's always had it though. The other two have totally black noses. Wonder if any others have brown on their noses. Hugs Shirl x x |

Hers use to be all black till she started trying to hide her treats, and I guess she got carpet burn or something, and rubbed some of the black off.

| My Yorkie doesn't do this, but my niece's miniature dachshound does it so much he has actually made his nose bleed rubbing it on the carpet "covering up" his treats. |

| Cooper does this also! If you "find" it before he's ready, he will take it to a new place and "rebury" it! He also doesn't like to be watched while he's doing this, too funny! Sorry, can't answer your question though, but I assume her nose will return to normal.

| Sophies Nose Returned to Normal When I first brought Sophie home I of course was crate training her and after I gave her a treat she took it right to her crate and was burying it in her blanket. Well in the process she scraped her nose on the crate. It did bleed for a little bit. And i hated how it looked, but a month later her nose was back to its normal black color and now you cant even tell that it happened. |
