| From a Pet's Point Of View. A Dog Sits Waiting In the Cold Winter Night Too Faithful To Leave, Too Frightened To Move He’s Been Here For Awhile Now With Nothing To Do But Sit By The Road, Waiting For You. He Can’t Understand Why You Left Him That Day He Thought You And He Were Stopping So We Could Play He’s Sure You’ll Come Back And That’s Why He Stays How Long Will He Suffer, How Many More Days. His Legs Have Grown Weak, To Tired To Play He’s Sick Now From Hunger And Falls To The Ground He Lays Down His Head And Closes His Eyes I Wish You Could See How A Waiting Dog Dies He's Now In God's Care And Waiting For You One Day He Will Be Reunited With You |

| sorry... Quote:
I found this poem on another site and it was so sad. I know everyone was talking about how cold it's been outside where they live. Didn't mean to upset anyone but this is what can happen if our little babies happen to get outside in cold weather.. Sorry.... About the post | |

| awwww no you had good intentions Things like that just make me so sad! Dogs are so helpless and I think that sometimes people forget how dependent they are on us..... It was a nice poem.... just a tear jerker |
