| Piper Got Peed On! Piper follows his big Boxer brother, Beowulf, all around our yard and if Beo lifts his leg and pees Piper follows right behind and does the exact same thing, whether pee comes out or not. He's like Beo's little shadow and has to do EVERYTHING his big brother does. Well lately he's been getting TOO close while Beo does HIS thing and Piper waits, and he's gotten peed on on the head, just a tad bit, a few times but today he was RIGHT under Beo when he went and Piper got pee-soaked! YUCK!! Hosed him off before I brought him in. I hope he learns to back up here soon

| LOL, You know Henry VIII - I believe - nearly destroyed the original manuscript in a fire. It's one of the oldest surviving pieces of British lit today and my cousin has seen it in a museum in London. She said it was singed but still in pretty ok condition. |

| Really....how cool. Actually they believe the story was told orally as early as 300 A.D. but wasn't written down until sometime between 800-1000 A.D. I LOVE the story and the glimpse at history it provides even if the majority of it is fictional.

| I love the story too. We have Seamus Heaney's bilingual version here and it's great. One page is Old English and the facing page is current English. It's not even Shakespeare's Old English, it's ANCIENT, like another language. Don't get me started, I could talk about literature all day!!! |

| That is too funny! Kelsey got peed on by my parents golden retriever. She loves it when we visit them at their house and she'll follow Bailey around their fenced in back yard and he'll pee and she just stands there watching him and one day he peed right on her! I was cracking up...but of course it was disgusting. The look on her face was priceless...like "uh mom what just happend?"

| Rowdy is going to get peed on, if he hasn't already. My old schnauzer Kip always pees on top of where Rowdy pees - but lately Rowdy has been watching Laddie pee and then Rowdy will go pee on top of where Kip peed. Yesterday I was watching them and it was like Rowdy could not wait till Kip finished before crowding in and peeing. It's gonna happen, I just know it.

That is a great name for your Boxer. Maybe Piper will learn soon that that is just no good. My son has a white Boxer is name is Rampage. It suits him he goes most of the time non stop like he is on a rampage.
