In the last 24 hours, less than that actually, I have seen "free Yorkie puppy" scams posted here on YT. First I received a Visitor Message on my profile offering me a free dog. Now, today, I see in the All Albums forum that there are several posts showing Yorkie puppy pics and offering a free dog. These are scams, when you see one of these, please report it to admin so the offender can be banned. Usually if you Google the Yahoo email address these people are giving, you will see that they are also offering "free dogs" of other breeds too. Help stamp out scams on YT

Thanks for the warning, and you are right just report these threads to admin, and they will take care of the spammers. It takes all of us to make YT a great place!

I saw them as well! I am so niave!! I always ask where a puppy is.... just to make sure! If its local... I would check it out.

i figured that one today was a scam. I told her I'm sorry but I don't know anything about her or her dog.

YT needs a warning somewhere visible about these scams ...if there already is one then ignore me

I received a PM to help find her pup "Tina" a good home ~ knew it had to be a scam cuz she had 0 posts!

I am amazed that admin has not picked up on them ... had the peeps banned.

. they are usually pretty quick to close a thread normally...especially new people making for sale threads by most would question this..amazing how the scammer would think they could get away with this on a forum this size... crazy..

~ These scammers are constantly looking for new places to place their ads. I know some people fall for them, and its real sad. Thanks for warning everybody here on YT. Hopefully the scammers will get fed up and leave when nobody falls for it and/or get banned.

I am seeing them everywhere! I go to peoples pages and they are listed as a visitor message. WOW what morons!
