|  Question about Polo's Coat? Polo is one and 3 months old. How long does it take for their coat to change color? Polo is black and gold with a little silver on his head. Will he likely stay this way or change sliver? Here are some pics of him. Pictures by polomysweetpup - Photobucket |

| Donating YT 30K Club Member  | It can take years for them to change completely and some change all their life. The head should turn tan or gold and the coat can stay dark or turn a steel blue or even silver. If you know what the parents looked like you can get an idea.
