| Need theme for "Poochie Parade" Last year I put all three of my babies in the poochie parade, and dressed them up like little farmers. They looked adorable, but didn't win anything. This year I would like to try something with Bella, because it's easier to work with just one dog. Last year people had themes with props and all. Anybody got any ideas? The old woman who lived in a shoe and put her in a shoe in a wagon? Just kidding, that's all I could think of to give an example. I need help please. I'd like to do something crafty, and I can put something together, just what? I've got until October 2nd. Any suggestions helpful. Thanks.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Is there an overall theme to the parade...some kind of particular festival or something? If it's harvest related, how about "Pup-kin Time" and decorate with a fall decor, gourds, pumpkins, etc. If it's Halloween related, how about "Give a Dog a Bone" and decorate with skeletons If it's sports related, how about "Powder Pup Football" and decorate with football stuff and pink colors If its name is really Poochie Parade, why not "Smoochie Poochie" and decorate with lips and a celebrity look, etc. (Make-up and lipstick, etc.) Last edited by TOY; 08-12-2009 at 12:23 PM. |

| We always joke about having a sled dog team made up of yorkies. LOL would take about 80 of them! But you could do a small team, have a little sled for them to pull, do they wear boots? Or what about a beauty shop? Have them in curlers with painted nails? Foils? Hippies? Tie dye, peace signs, free love? They could give out kisses. Beauty queens? Crowns, ball gowns, sashes. Cheerleaders, band members, firemen would be funny lol.
