I want to attend also I saw it on someone's tag line, I live in Phx so I would love for it to be in CA somewhere.

I maybe speaking out of turn, but it was agreed that since Alexandria, Virginia won the vote for the 2009 meetup that the 2010 meetup would be held somewhere on the West Coast. I have no idea who will comprise the 2010 Meetup Team or what exact location will be selected.

I have already started my 2010 Meetup fund -- I will be flying next year and who knows, little Emmitt may be the "chosen one". He is a great traveler and I promise to work a bit on socializing him so that he won't be a snapping turtle next year.

I thought Emmitt was just fine! He is so small he is probably just trying to protect himself.

We will have to fly to the 2010 meetup too and may have to come without the girls (flight would be really long from Buffalo). We had so much fun this year that we can't wait to see what is in store for next year!

I wonder if it will be on the West Coast next year. That is a far flight for me too, but I would be willing to do it!! Do you think its too far for Maddy to fly?

I live in Georgia and if there is any way possible, one of my kids will be accompanying me. Can't wait to see you on the West Coast in 2010!

Seriously, I laughed for half the night after I saw Emmit fly through the air to headbutt someone.

I'm starting my West Coast Meetup fund right now.
