| Please Help Hi it's been a long time since I have been here.... (Working full time now) I work at a day camp, and I must have stepped in some sort of gum or minty smelling candy. I went to see what chewy was doing and he was licking the bottom of my shoe! I smelled it thinking I might have stepped in crap and instead I smell something minty. Will he get sick? Should I worry? He has a testy system to begin with. We never give him ANY people food. It figures my husband is away tonight. Anyone know if this is ok????

| Sugar free gum with Xylitol is very toxic to dogs. Since you have no way of knowing what type of gum you stepped in, I would call your emergency vet asap and see what they recommend. Is Chewing Gum Toxic to Your Pet? |
