| The living conditions from the pictures were horrible for the animals. I don't think its necessary for anyone that was concerned enough to take steps to look into the awful conditions to even have to say why they did investigate. Its really self explaintory. Those pictures are gross to look at.

| I remember seeing animals from this shelter on petfinder.com when I was looking for a dog a while back I just hope it all works out best for the many dogs and cats. |
