Increased urination after neuter procedure - YorkieTalk.com Forums

My little Gizmo is nearly 4.5 months old and was neutered almost a week ago. I've noticed that his urination frequency has increased. Has anyone else experienced this and is it permanent?

I love the little guy so much! I'm concerned and want to know if anyone else has gone through the same thing. Any input is greatly appreciated :c)

It's been awhile since I had boys neutered but I don't think mine did this. Could it be from swelling? After a week he won't be healed but he shouldn't be getting new symtoms either. I'ld check with your Vet

I would give the vet a call just to be sure...hopefully nothing caused from the surgery..
