| Brutus is at the vets Getting a bunch of teeth pulled. When he was neutered he had only a couple pulled and the vet wanted to see if they'd come out on their own but they didn't. I feel so sad he was shaking and crying when I was leaving and I had tears all the way home. He did gain some weight though. He's up to a whopping 5 lbs at 8 months! The vet said his bones are done growing but he should fill out some more. It's going to be a long day waiting for the phone to ring!

| Thanks Villette! I'm just worried about him being put out. He's so tiny! Oh no do you want pictures of the toothless wonder! I can't believe how many teeth they have to pull! They ARE going to give me pain meds for him though because if they didn't I'd get my pliers and pull out everyone's teeth at the vets with my bare hands!

| I feel for you...I worried myself sick to the point of actually having to talk to the "bathroom throne", when Yoda had his neuter, teeth pulled and micro-chipped. He had so much anxiety from his that they had to give me a sedative to give him when he came home....all is well now with him....But I sure know how you feel, I am sure everything will be alright ... Keep us posted on the lil guy....I will sure be thinking of you and him today

| Villette, The vet said he would have to eat soft food for a few days and since he only eats dry he said I could moisten it. Well we tried this once before even with chicken broth and he wouldn't eat it. Do you have any ideas of what I could feed him? I think he might come home hungry since he hasn't eaten anything since 7:00 last night!

| I remember you said before he didn't get them pulled when they neutered him. That's really too bad. As for food: Rice and chop up some boiled chicken and add to it... Cottage cheese I saw someone else suggested mixing rice and cottage cheese and that their's loved it. I'm going to try that. Cooked veggies, like carrots, green beans... Scramble an egg in the microwave...there's nothing greasy that way. Right now, Kacee is losing teeth right and left and having a really bad time with it and I'm mostly giving her soft food. I found two teeth last night I can keep for the tooth fairy! Good luck with your little guy. I know how hard it is to leave them there.

| My little 3 pound yorkie, Rocky, had teeth pulled.... the vet told me to give him soft food for a few days.... he went straight to the dry food the first day back home!!!! They know what they can and cannot tolerate. I am sure your little one will be fine. (I always wait for the call that they are awake though... that bothers me more than the actual teeth pulling.... I just like to know they came out of the sedation).

| Poor baby, Lexi and I are sending {{{HUGS}}} to both of you. As for feeding, you could try gerbers chicken noodle jars of baby food and maybe cottage cheese (not mixed together of course).
