| Daisy wears the Barretts in this Family Daisy is really mean to Bailee ! She tries to eat His food even though She has Her own.I have to put Him on the couch next to Me to eat.She makes Him follow Her through the house or She comes back and bites Him.She also will bite Him real hard when I pick Him up or put Him down. His treats are Her treats not His treats.Sometimes He gets so feed up with Her that He cries for Me to put Him in His crate. Will this ever get better OR WILL IT GET WORSE ? How can I help poor bailee. Most days I have to carry Him around all day to protect Him from Her.And He is bigger then Her by a whole 1 lb ! Arrgghh,Daisy STOP !!!! Tami

| Sounds like Daisy is your apha dog. Chachi does this to Jewels but it has gotten better as she has gotten older and is more authoritve. When i feed them their moist food which is a treat to them I have to stand there and keep Chachi off her food. I dont know if that will ever stop. Good luck

| Do you discipline Daisy when she is mean? Some kind of "time-out" or something she doesn't like? Maybe a spray of the water bottle or rattling pennies in a tin can? If she can associate being mean with discipline, maybe she will stop being so mean to poor Bailee. Good luck! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Poor little thing - I remember how Chanel was when we brought Cheri home - she is THE TOY hog of the house - If Cheri had a toy - Chanel would steal it ....The treats we all hers too - Poor Cheri would have to run and hide hers and Chanel would find them and take them too. What I did was HOLD them together ALOT when Cheri was little ...I would tell them ..."Kisses to each other" and getting them face to face in my lap really helped with the jealousy. I'd give each a toy and hold them - As your baby grows more I bet they get along better....Good luck ! |
