| HELP please! Urgent Rescue possibly! Wow...I just found this on Craigslist tonight: FREE AKC YORKSHIRE TERRIER I hate my girlfriends dog. Girlfriends leaving tomorrow for 2 weeks & I'm left to look after this piece of sh*t! GUARANTEE - He won't be here when she she gets back ( OOPS - he ran away cuz you were gone sweetie!") Want him before I drown him? ,give him up for pit bull bait? python snack? ( would love to watch) GONE TOMMOROW AFTERNOON or put in stew for the f*cking tent people. YOU PICK UP in the 98115 zip. ' FREE AKC YORKSHIRE TERRIER I tried to email YTNR but their mailbox is full! Sorry to have to share such a disturbing post with you, but I'm just not sure how to handle it! I've contacted the original poster and offered to foster the dog until his owner returns. My husband and I already have 2 Yorkies and a cat and I'm just not sure if we could take on another pet. I would be willing to help in any way possible though to keep this little guy safe!!! HELP!!!

| I'm really hoping this is just some awful joke! But if its not, wouldn't the person who takes the dog technically be stealing? Poor dog! How cruel of a person must this guy be to even SAY these sort of things!?!

YT 1000 Club Member | Sounds like a hoax but if it isn't it's still a sick and twisted person to post such a thing. Someone could get the dog and keep the ad and show it to the girlfriend when she gets back to prove what a rotten jerk her so called b/f is. Last edited by roxies_mom; 04-07-2009 at 03:38 AM. |

| It's been pulled. Hopefully the poster is just sick in his twisted little head and there really was no Yorkie. If you have this man's personal information I would advise you to report him to the humane department for investigation. Let us know. Next time don't wait and try to get a name and phone of who someone like this really is and let the authorities step in.

| If you do continue to communicate with this miserable excuse for a human being, please do not meet him alone under any circumstances, even to save the Yorkie (if there is one). This guy is sick and no telling what he was really trying to do. I think this is one for the authorities only.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I know they pull ads but I don't know they go so far as to investigate unless the police are involved. I agree you should not go there it's to dangerous. If he really wants to get rid of the dog why not turn it in as a stray or give it away in a parking lot? Why would he have to hurt it or go through the trouble of going on Craigslist? There's always someone wanting a Yorkie, especially for free. Hope it's a hoax!

| If this guy is for real. he is a real pshcho case. I hope for the dog's sake, it's a hoax. I think the police should try to investigate. If he'll do this to an animal, he's sick enough to kill a human. |

| Forgot to put the y in Psycho. Regardless, even if it is a hoax, someone is pretty sick to post it. |
