How do you keep them from animal control?

My daughter moved back home and now we have 6 furbabies 3 mine and 3 hers. Should I just not worry?
They don't bark at all unless there's someone at the door then they go crazy.

Also any suggestions on how to stop them from barking when people come to door?

I think it will only matter if a neighbor doesn't like it and calls someone on you or if they see them all in the yard. But if they come just say only 3 live there and that your daughter is just visiting. That's what my neighbor said when someone called about his dogs. He said he girlfriend was just visiting even though she loved there. Someone called on him because his dogs barked constantly so I would keep the barking down and then no one should care.

my neighbors would never report me we all get along great - have lived her for 13 years and they love my furbabies. We only alllow them to play in backyard when I'm home. They are always inside and during the day they stay inside the bedrooms because they love to sleep when we're not home.

You can search on line for your county's animal regulations. It will tell you the number you can have in a home without having a kennel license. In our county it is 4. But puppies under 4 months don't count.
