| Son's Yorkie I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago about my son's yorkie. They thought that maybe he had poisioned himself. His liver enzymes had went through the roof. He is now home I just spoke with my son about an hour ago and he is doing much better they really still don't know what happened to him. He said he was starting to put weight back on and they were giving him 2 pills a day and that he is starting to act more like himself again. Which is great news. I just wanted to give everyone an update.

| I always suspect vaccines when I hear stories like this. When was his last vaccine before he got sick? |

| xtine just posted a site that listed poisonous plants, does your son have any plants inside the home? Or perhaps he was fed some dangerous food or fruit? That's great that he is fine now, though! |

I'm not sure. But what I think could have happened is, we were up there for our middle son's funeral my mom was coming down the steps and she fell, she had all of her medication in her hand and she lost a high blood pressure pill we couldn't find it. We were just concerned about Chayse our 1 year old grandaugher finding it. Maybe Akita found it. The vets were leaning toward him being poisioned. Anyway who knows at least he is doing better. It is funny that you should mention vaccines. My son is high functioning Autistic and we are part of a law suit against vaccinations due to the level of Thimersol Mercury) that they use to use as a preservative in vacciations which was not needed and has since been pulled and is no longer used. Of course they have found no basis for this. But we as well as our family believe and lots of my friends that do have autistic children firmly believe that there is something to this. Anyway I will quit rambling now as I have to go and get my son up and ready for school.
