| Sleeping........or not ! HELP It seems like it dosn't matter if I put Roxy to bed at 8:30 or 10:00 at night, she is up at 3:00 am! I take her out and she pee's and poo's, then after I have tried to make her go back to bed. By this time I'm awake but I still try. She wines and scratches on the door of her crate. I can't let her bark and carry on because there are other's trying to sleep and we all have to work. ANY IDEAS ??????? She's 9 mts old now and I'm not sure what to do............. |

| I wish I had some good advice for you, my three are out with the lights! Did she just start doing this or has it been going on all along? Do you have a blanket or soft toy in her crate, maybe that will help her to relax. The only other thought, do you walk her before bed? Maybe it she got tired out more that would help to sleep. Good luck!

| How old and how big is she? I put my guy out to pee before bed & he always wakes up about 2-3am to go again. But after he's been out he comes right back to bed to sleep. He sleeps with me in my bed though. Maybe she just wants to be with you.

| She's done this since I brought her home and she's 9 mts old now. She's in a crate next to our bed at night and everything. I take her out around 9pm. I am working on play time from 7-9 at night to see if it help's....three days now and not great, but I'll just keep plugging away...... |

| I have to agree with "Deegan's Mom" Maybe your little one wants to be with you...I have mine spoiled though lol! Ours sleeps with us in our bed...at the foot of the bed sometimes even under the blankets lol! She is a really good, she will sleep in until me or my husband wake up...if she has to go potty she gets up and goes....and if she doesn't she will come up to me and lick me until I get up..... |

| All 3 of my babies sleep in the bed with me so I have no problems at all with them. Hope you find a solution to your problem soon. |

| I've gone through the same thing, and I have to agree she just might want to sleep with you.

| I had the same problem with Mia. I tried putting her to sleep in her crate but she would not sleep or anyone else in the house. As soon as I gave up and let her sleep with me in the bed she sleeps the whole night. I know she has to go pee in the middle of the night so as soon as I feel her walking around I put her on the floor she goes to her wee wee pad and does her thing after she comes back to me and I clean her with a baby wipe and put her on the bed we go right back to sleep. You might have to let her sleep with you. How do you feel about that? |

| I am a real softy too. My Suzi sleeps with me no matter if i am on the couch or bed , LOL. I use pee pads and haven ot ever had any problems with her crying or whining during the night. Suzi is spoiled, and i guess not everyone agrees with my approach. Yorkie's are so much like babies that it is hard not to give in .
