This is a general question. I'm new to Yorkie Talk and I notice everybody has a picture of their dog next to their name. Could someone please let me know how to do this. I can't seem to find out where to go on the site and I'd like for everybody to see my puppy too. I think it's a great feature. Thanks you..Sheryl, Bartlett, IL...Peanut Ann's Mommie

Welcome to YT! The picture beside your name is called an avatar. If you go to the main forum there are "sticky" on how to post your avatar.

You can click on the USERCP button at the upper left of your screen. along the left side you will see "edit" profile, signature, avatar, etc.

Hope this helps!

If you need assistance on a cool Avatar there are some on the site that do a fantastic job on creating one just for your baby. Check the "test" forum to see who those people may be.

If you would like to create your own "moving avatar" with more than one picture, there is a thread with a free program that allows you to put several pictures into one file. Here's the thread. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ng-avatar.html. I'll post a sample avatar on your profile page, you can also use that until you can make one, or get a fancy one made.

....... the pic next to the name is called an avatar. You can go to the user cp tab (there are several tabs.... user cp... all albums.....blogs....faq...etc..) and click on it. Then go to edit avatar and you should be able to submit your picture (you may have to make it smaller before uploading it)

You may see some with larger moving avatars....if you wish to have a larger one, that is just one of the perks of becoming a donating member.
