Twinkle has been really good with peeing outside for a while now - she'll come up to me or DH and paw at us to let us know she wants to go out, but pooping has been another matter Even on very long walks she'll wait until we get home and do it inside. I figured it would just take time and patience. Anyway, a minute ago she pawed at me, I took her outside and.......POOP!!!!!!! I was practically dancing around the garden! We came in and I gave her a piece of yummy sausage (her favourite treat). I'm sooo proud of my special girl! I took a photo of her licking her lips after eating her well-deserved treat. xxx xxx

Mom, I can tell you and hubby have been dilligent with her potty training so you deserve

too! We have been having "celebrations" for over five years now ... Toto loves cheering when she does something neat ... even just pottying on her pad. I believe that using praise when training is the greatest reward!
