| Nervous Hi guys, I bought Izze a Kwigy bo bag from a fellow YT member... and the USPS doesn't know where it is! It was shipped priority mail and I guess she didn't insure it... and I can be out of major $$. I wish I used paypal I don't know what I'm going to do... I hope that I can get either the bag or my money back! This is not fair! I paid $9.50 for shipping (which the postal service said it cost way less to ship and it would have only cost $.45 to insure it). USPS says that I'm out of luck if they don't find it! Ohhh I'm so sad I need this money or bag. I don't have that much to spare. Izze really needed a bag. And the seller is on vacation... I want to cry.

I don't see why I should have to pay for something that I didn't get. I would have insured it! I mean I paid $9.50---I assumed it would be insured. What should I do? I don't know what to do... and I can't tell my mom because she'll get mad that I bought online... because of these issues. And this is from an individual not a company---so I'm at her mercy.

| Sometimes the post office misplaces a package for a few days. That happened to me, I went back to the post office everyday looking for my package. I got such a major run around. Eventually they found my package like two weeks later and none of them could explain where my package was. And the thing was I wasn't the only one there everyday, there were many other people looking for their packages too. |

| Keep calling them or going in and give the seller time to get back on here and you can pm her/him and work out something.

| Worst case you can file a complaint with the PayPal resolution center. If you used a credit card, with PayPal, you can also file a dispute with the credit card company. How do you know it was shipped last Friday? Maybe it was actually shipped later.

Finals are coming up and i could use that time to study...but I want to make sure that I get my bag! I am sooo mad. I don't know why we should have to insure it...it's their JOB to make sure that packages are delivered safely and promptly.

UPS confirmed that it was sent out on the 21st...so that's not what is in question... UPS lost it and the seller didn't insure it and I don't know what to do! I guess that all I can do is wait for the seller and hope that they do the right thing... I mean---she can file a claim for sure (I'm not sure if i can).

| I would first call them and ask to speak to the postmaster or supervisor and explain the situation. Have them call you back with info and if you don't hear back from them call them again. Just be very persistant, even when they wouldn't find my package that day they would call me back to let me know they will continue to look for it the next day. I don't think going everyday will make a difference, I just went cause the post office was very close to me. |
