| Drumwright Animal Shelter OK A friend of mine is looking at a dog on petfinder (she lives in OK) at this shelter. She's supposed to pick him up tomorrow but was denied a visit prior to adoption becasue of the amount of interest in him. He's a Westie/Poodle (Woodle?) & his name is Oscar. Does this seem like a typical thing htat shelters do? Does anyone have any info they can share? Thanks Elizabeth |

| I would think if she meets him and for whatever reason they don't click that she wouldn't be required to adopt him. I'm not sure if that helps to answer your question or not?

| Alot of the shelters in Oklahoma are by appt only, but if its the public shelter it should be first come first serve, unless the dog is tagged etc.. Shellee & Chewie |
