| Your pit may still come back. Give it another 2 weeks. Welcome to YT!

| That is very sweet! Be wary of anyone selling their dogs over the internet - breeders should want to meet you and vice versa before selling a puppy. This is the best way to ensure a healthy pet - a responsible breeder. Avoid puppy stores! Those dogs can have all kinds of health and behavior problems and always come from Puppy Mills which are abusive, terrifying situations and buying from a pet store supports that. Here is the link to the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America, which has breeder referalls and another route you may want to take is rescue! Just Google Yorkshire Terrier Rescue and you will find out more info, or go on Petfinder.com. There are tons of great, purebred Yorkies, some even puppies, that need loving homes. I am sorry about your Pit and please travel safely back from the Middle East! Let us know how your Yorkie hunt goes and post pics once you get one!

| you may want to look at some shelters or rescues which may have some for cheaper. Yorkies are expensive dogs, I was lucky and found one for a bit less. But cheaper doesn't always mean better. Maybe you could put some money away for a couple weeks. Goodluck they are great dogs!! |

| As the military wife, my yorkie is a little blessing to me when my husband is doing field exercises and such. One of the positives i've found about having a yorkie vs. a bigger dog, is that i don't have a problem keeping him in check, When my husband is gone I can still walk him and train him without having my arm tugged off. Hope you find her the perfect little pup, and stay safe till you make it home. |

and you might end up with a sick puppy... i found my pair of puppies locally in the newspaper, and she allowed me to make payments with postdated checks and take them home before they were paid for in full.. best wishes and stay safe.. thank you for your service...
