Plaque-Off Hiya guys, I've got a question for ya! I am looking to get some form of tooth cleaning product and am trying to decide on which one, whether it should be a brush and paste, a descaler or this other stuff I seen advertised called Plaque-Off. I dont know a huge amount about Plaque-Off and just wondered if any of you guys do? I mean, is it safe? ?Does it work? Anbody have any advice/suggestions for me? Please? Jess

I didn't know there were any other options other than a tooth brush, so I'd be interested to know about the other 2 you mentioned. Roxy doesn't mind chewing her toothbrush with her back teeth, but she won't let us brush her front teeth.

I brush their teeth, scale (which i don't do anymore---i think that it's bad for them), and use a gel for their teeth (doctor prescribed). I just got an electric toothbrush (human with sensitive brush), and all of them hate it but Izze. So it's working out well and I seem to notice a better cleaning.

Plaque I found something that seems to work well for Winifred. They are called Mini Dingo Dental Bones. They come in a pack of 7 and they are labeled Day 1 thru Day 7 down the side of the pack. They help that stinky breath, too. They are cheaper at Walgreens than the other places. I tried to brush Winifred's teeth once and three of us couldn't hold her still enough to do it.

YT 1000 Club Member | Jess, I use it all the time. I bought some about a year ago and started using it because they had some recall on the toothpaste I was using and the one I had came from a bad batch. So I started mine on the Plaque off. I put a capful in a gallon jug and that was what I filled their dishes with. I took them all in for their shots in January of this year and my vet checks everything including their teeth and she asked me if I was brushing their teeth I said no and I got a crazy look. So she asked me how am I keeping their teeth so clean. So I told her about the Plaque off and she told me to keep using it and has since recommended it to owners who have a hard time brushing their dogs teeth or the owners that don't think it's needed.

Wow, thanks so much for all your awesome reponses guys! It's really helpeed me out! Think I might try this Plaque-Off and see how I go. I'll also ask Maisie's breeder's opinion on it. I know she scales her dogs teeth once a week but that sounds a bit difficult to me! lol Thank you guys sooo much! Jess
