| Im tired of reading these pitiful posts... Okay so over the past 3 days I have read about 4 posts from people with different names claiming horrible situations or sicknesses and that is their 1st 2nd or 3rd post. Funny thing is they never log back in to check or give any updates I am not usually so mistrusting but its getting a little old. In my opinion I think somone is joining under different names. Am I the only one that thinks this?

| Yes its hard to tell the true ones from the bad ones. I think some come on for help then dont think to post an update. Others just come on to start troubles. But Im like you if I read a help thread and post to it.... I always check back for updates. and its sad when there are none, makes you wonder how their little ones are doing. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | There's always going to be 'questionable' posts on a big site like this. ALWAYS some may be real and some not - but if they don't come back and post updates - then I wonder too - although....it could also be - some people will jump on the net with REAL Emergencies hoping for immediate help - and forget where they posted ( I did that with my (late) husband looking for some help once) |

| I agree, I think people just forget to come basck and update once the crisis is over. But I'm sure there are a few phoney ones also. |

| I don't understand why these types of posts are on the General Discussion forum anyway when there is one specifically for Sick and Injured and Emergencies. I too am annoyed that some that post don't answer back and leave us "hanging". |

| RIP Paris I am pretty new to this and when I joined I was frantic looking for help but could not navigate this all that well. It was not until the crisis was over that I looked around and found the correct spot to put the question that I was asking. I also had to have some one else post my pictures for me. I have since figured it out but sometime if you are not computer savvy then it is a little hard to figure out what to do! Now as far as not posting back that is not right! I alway posted back to update everyone and feel as though that is only right because everyone becomes involved in the topic or crisis and need their minds put to rest! On a better not the breeder of my little Paris has a female that has breed and I should be getting a little one around Christmas. I think I might name this one NOEL! I will keep everyone posted on the new arrival! Shelly

| LOL, I can relate to some of these posters and how they forget where they've posted. A few years back hubby and I put in a small ornamental pond. I thought I did my research, but my fish were JUMPING OUT and committing suicide. It was really pretty sad. I found a great forum on the net and posted my problem. I got lots of great advice too. We followed the advice then let things run there course. (nothing is fast with pond ecology) A couple of weeks later I went back to tell everyone it was working and couldn't find the darn site. Apparently I hadn't bothered to bookmark it or anything! Here we are several years later with dozens fish (yes, they ARE reproducing) and I've never thanked those responsible. From time to time I've looked for it...but no luck. Sure, we'll get trolls. But we'll also get people who are panicking and find YT...Gosh, google anything about yorkies and yt pops up. I wish they'd come back and update too...but try not to get bent out of shape when they do. But, like you, op I find myself getting frustrated. Let's just all vent, and LAUGH together.

| if I can I try to update as much as possible...sometimes people dont bother to even post to the post when it is a good question...which sometimes is a little disappointing...but if the post has passed after the urgency... I am guilty of being to lazy to go look it upp....but if I get my email reminder... I go update... so I just say what I have to say..and move on...then sometimes I ask a question and no one answers it...so I just hit and miss.... I do like updates...but just take it all with a grain a salt...
