| Pow Wow Hello everyone! I haven't been on for a little while. Been working hard. Tila's doing great. I took her to the Pow Wow on the reservation where I grew up. There was a ton of people. There where like 400 and some dancers! A lot of people, and very hot! We're currently having a heat wave. She was awesome such a sweetie. She wanted to walk and not be in her carrier. She greeted everyone and tried to jump and lick all. I thought that the drumming might scare her, but it did not. I didn't stay very long though, because of the heat. I didn't want to keep her out there too long. I was sweating bullets! I can't imagine what she felt like having hair all over her body. |

| Hi Roxy, We attend pow wows but we have never taken Rex or Rowdy. I think they would want to greet everyone too!! I think they would settle down in a bit though and enjoy the activities. I imagine it was very hot - can you imagine how hot the dancers were!! Glad you had a good time.

| Sounds like you had fun! I have always wanted to go to one. They do not have them very often around here. I think they do it once a year. There are no reservations around here, that I know of. My great grandfather was half cherokee and I always wished my family had kept up with his cherokee relatives. But they didn't and I could not track the records back any further then his parents.
