| Growth Chart Question Okay so my baby Mya I think is going to be on the bigger side of the yorkie weight spectrum , which I am actually excited about!! More to cuddle anyway, all of the charts only go up to 6lbs, and right now she is 12 weeks and weighs 52.8 oz. Does anyone know the formula for me to estimate her final weight outside of doubling it bc she's 12 weeks? Or does anyone have experience with a 12week old baby who weighed 3.3 lbs?? Let me know! Lauren and Mya |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | One rule of thumb says "triple the 8-week weight or double the 12-week weight" - so, I'd guess around 6.5-7 pounds maybe?

| My baby weighed 3lbs at 11 weeks. At 14 weeks she weighed 4.10 and now at 16 weeks she weighs 4.90. My guess (not that it matters) is that mine will be 6 to 7 lbs when full grown. Her Mother was 8 lbs and her father was 3lbs. I know you get curious as to their fullgrown weight but it really doesnt matter cuz you love em anyway and weight prediction is hard at best. The chart is just a guideline and doesnt apply to every case. Jus love em and know that you are so blessed to have them. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Roxie was 2 lb 10 ounces at 16 weeks and now at 10 1.2 months is 4lbs 2 ounces. SHe had a growth spurt at about 5 months and has hardly grown at all since. SO it is hard to tell. Her breeder told me she would be around 4 lbs but I really thought she would be bigger by the way she had grown up to 5 months. The breeder said her line generally reached their adult size by 6 months.
