| THANK YOU bren and countrygirl We got our raffle prize today!!! WOW we got SO lucky! We got a gift basket from Cafe Max!! In the basket (which was bone shaped!!) were TONS of treats- Layla has had one of each and thinks they are GREAT, a blanket which is beautiful- I LOVE Blankets- the more the better- a doggy toy which Layla is currently chewing the tag off of (her favorite part) and a bar of doggie soap which i have never seen before but smells GREAT and we can't WAIT to use. BREN- question- TONS of treats- what is the best way to store them? Can i freeze some? Do you suggest i keep them in the fridge? i don't want them to spoil before she gets a chance to eat them all. Countrygirl- thank you SO much for donating this prize- we got SO lucky! 1. momma, what's this? 2. I KNEW It was for me! 3. tasting every treat 4. BEAUTIFUL blanket! |

| That package arrived quicker than I thought. I'm glad Layla liked her basket. I store Max's and Abbie's treats in an airtight container and I recommend that they be used within 2 months. Max and Abbie generally have them gone before then though. I've never stored them in the fridge or freezer but I don't see why that would be a problem. I think some other people here have stored them in the freezer and they've never told me that there was a problem. You haven't seen the soap before because a local woman from Pittsburgh makes it. She uses tea tree and lavender in the soap. When I use it on Max and Abbie, they smell so fresh and look so clean. I met her recently and started selling it in my gift baskets. She also makes different soaps for people but I haven't tried them yet.
