| Thoughts on strollers Now that we have two Yorkies, we're considering purchasing a dog stroller to make it easier to get them around. Those of you that have one, how much do you actually use it? Where let you take you dogs in besides the normal places they are allow like the pet store and stuff? I'm still not completely sold, so i don't want to waste the money if I won't use it. Thanks! |

| I used it a lot when Gracie was recovering from her LP surgery, it was the only way she could get outside comfortably. Since then, I use it whenever I want to take the girls someplace where I fear they might get stepped on, Farmer's market, flea market, fair, outdoor concerts and festivals, the home store, the pet store....I also use it to sneak them in places, like rest area restrooms! Put a blanket over the top and people think you have a baby in there, until one starts to cry.

Therapy Dog Donating Member | I have a stroller for Izzy and we ONLY use it for outdoor meet-ups, fairs, markets, long, long shopping trips. I do NOT use it for everyday walking around the block. It keeps her safe and happy and we can sometimes get into places that would not normally allow leashed pets. I can't say how important it was for us while in KC for the meet-up. Schlupping luggage, bags, etc., and if we had to carry 3 furbutts up to our 5th floor room would have been too much. Thanks to the stroller Jodie (LuvMySissy) brought along it saved us so much time and really kept our babies safe.

| I love the stroller that we have for our furbabies. We do Not use the stroller for regular walks as that would defeat the purpose of a walk, but we definitely use it when we take them places. It's very convenient, and I love being able to take them to stores, outdoor malls, restaurants with an outside area where dogs are allowed, and if we have to go to Petco or Petsmart for anything, I keep them in the stroller because the floors are dirty. You never know if there was a dog in there with parvo or something like that.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have one as I have 4 babies and If needed I can put all 4 in it. I probably use it 10-15 times a year maybe more in the summer. But it is so worth having.

| I thought I would get one as a joke before I got Bella. Then I decided to go ahead and get one, and luckily one of the pet boutiques here have a huge selection of them and let me test Bella in them to see which she liked best. Bella's a little particular about being in confined spaces and can freak out unless she feels safe. So I got the one she loved and picked up her 2nd choice on ebay for a very good price. I've used mine about 2 or 3x a week since I've had Bella, so maybe 20-25 times give or take stopping and taking her out to meet and greet. It's definitely great for going to visit family for reunions (which is why Bella was in and out of her stroller alot). A suggestion I would have would be to check craigslist and see if anyone is listing a stroller. There were 5 or 6 postings the month before I got Bella and none over $20. All looked in like new condition and were nice quality. |
