| Yorkie Clubs Does any one know if there is a Yorkie Club in San Antonio? I've heard of other states that have them and the members get together and meet and take there dogs and it's almost like a small craft fair with dogs. They have product there that are just for yorkies. Thanks for any information you may have. |

| clubs Unfortunately, Yorkie clubs are by invitation only..but you can contact a regional club and tell them you are interested in meeting people and attending meets...then after a period of time you will no doubt be asked to join. Clubs are not what you might think..most are for show breeders and agility..but our MD club did have a couple pet people attend. Most find it boring if you do not show..meetings are held in homes and restaurants for the most part..they do not sell anything, although ome members do make and sell products they have developed...bows, beds etc..but these things can be bought off the net. I have contacted the local Yorkie club here in South Florida and they are mostly OB and agility..but want to encourage the exhabitor to join also. |
