|  Re-introduce myself I have been posting for about one week now and just realized that I introduced myself in the wrong section. So sorry. I am from upstate NY. Abbey is my first-ever Yorkie girl. She was born 2/12/08. She is extremely sassy and very rambunctious! She naps quite a bit in the afternoon but is very lively after dinner. Although she is very smart, she does not like to be disciplined. She knows when she is bad but does not seem to care. I am hopeful to gain and share some knowlege thru this forum.

| Welcome to YT! Abbey is cute from the avatar pic of her! You will learn tons from this website as I did. I got Elvis, my first yorkie, in February. This site has been very helpful to me too. Good luck with your sassy girl!

| Hi and welcome to you and Abbey. She sounds like a cute little fire-ball.  Hope to see pictures of her soon. I have three Yorkster kids. Zada was three in December, Azrael was three in January and Razael just turned 9 months. I'm an empty nester and now have my hairy-legged girls to nurture. |

| Welcome.... Abbey is adorable (and was born on MY birthday, yay). Her avatar pic looks just like my 11 week old Tiki! I'm curious, are her ears still down? Tiki's are, and I love them so much I don't care if they go up, so I'm not trimming them yet. |

| mkawczak - I was wondering where in Upstate NY you were from being that our puppies were born on the same day. It sure is a small world! Gina & Lexi - I am near Albany NY. You are closer to my daughter who actually lives and teaches in NYC.

| MauiGirl - Your Tiki is soooooooo precious!!!! Yup, Abbey's ears are floppy and so darn cute! I'm really not too concerned either if they do or don't stand up. I've been putting off taking her to the groomer but I think it's just about time. She really needs to get used to being groomed. I try brushing her every day and usually bathe her once a week. I just love her to death! This site rocks.........so many nice people and so much information!
