Submissive around other dogs.

WEnt for another walk in the park. He is acting a lot better, strolling along more and generally having more fun I think.
But as soon as another dogs approaches us, he gets scared, and just lies on his stomach. But at first he is curious.

Do you think this will go away after a while??

Is he still a puppy? Linus get scared around other big dogs, mostly because they could easily squish him when they're jumping around trying to play. When they come up to him, he just kind of shrinks down or runs between my legs. Maybe you could try socializing him with small dogs first, so that he gets more confident around other dogs. mine does the same thing...he is one and half years old. Just hasn't been unsocialized enough I guess.
