YT 2000 Club Member | Oh My Goodness!! Today I was laying down watching TV and Lil Miss May was playing on the bed beside me, I always have to keep a good eye on her up there cause she likes to try and pull the batting out of my old quilt. I looked over at her and she had something in her mouth My first thought was, she's got batting in her mouth, so, I stuck my finger in there to pull it out and I'll be snookered, she spit a TOOTH out!! She lost her first tooth, YAYYY!!! She's getting to be such a bit girl already!

| Wow! You actually have a baby tooth. Between my two youngest I think I only saw one. Surprised I didn't step at least on one.

| Okay, this is probably dumb of me but I had no idea their baby teeth fall out! I guess I should have known that. When does this happen? Do you have to do anything special for them?

| I don't know if it is appropriate or not..... I saved my baby's teeth. I was able to 'catch' Kimchee's 4 baby teeth; he was playing with them after falling off. The vet also saved all 9 teeth that he extracted from him for me. Unfortunately, I was not able to 'catch' any from Mochi, I believe she ate all of them. The vet also did not save the 10 teeth that he extracted from her.

YT 2000 Club Member | Maggy is between 5 -1/2 and 6 months old now, she may have lost some before this but I've never seen them and never noticed she'd lost any either and I am always checking her mouth. As far as doing anything special for them to come out, she just plays with her toys, she has hard chew toys and stuffed animals and the chewing of the hard things help to losen them so that that can fall out.

| I asked the vet for all 14 of Hot Rod's teeth when they came out. The tech was so sorry that when she was rinsing them she accidentally dropped one since they were so tiny. I was thrilled to even be able to have 1!
