| What a scare! Whew! My heart is still racing. A while ago I got a call from my daughter saying Kirby is missing. She was crying and said she got home from work late and Kirby is not there! He either got out when the boys came in or out the front door, or found a place in the back yard to escape! I told her I'd be right there to help look. OMGosh...they live only a block from Broadway which is non-stop traffic! I was so scared. I called a few people to help and was quickly writing a message here for prayers and the phone rang and they had found him over by Burger King! PTL! I'm so relieved! A million things ran through my head and I was just sick! Thank goodness that fear was short lived and Kirby is alive and well and back home! She says he is quite a mess and needs a bath, but other than that, he's fine!!! Bless his sweet little heart!

YT 500 Club Member | To know that one of these little guys is out there alone is such a helpless feeling. They are so different from a bigger dog that is seen more easily by a car, etc. I am so glad to know that he is safe. I hope he learned a lesson!

| Perhaps it is in the Yorkie Breed to try to escape. Cookie has run out the door more times I can count, once she got off her leashe and ran into the stree just when two cars came barreling down the street!!! The first car didn't see her but she jumped out of the way, the second car came when she was running back and nearly missed her, thank goodness the driver saw her. but that wasn't the first time she's gotten loose, once she got out the house and my daughte was chasing her down the street. The little rat ran up into someone else's garage and through the open door and into their house. My daughter said that the homeowner actually screamed because they didn't expect a little dog to suddenly come barrelling into the house!!! |

| Worst Nightmare for any of us here for sure. Kirby had a guardian angel on his side. Whew!! What a relief to read that he is home and no worse for wear. I am moving to a busy street and I am already worried. Yorkies do love to escape! Sue & Cricket |

| He decided he wanted a Whopper for dinner. Seriously though, I am glad he was found. I always worry Penny will get out.
