YT Addict | Can I get away with it??? I'm flying to get my baby in June & I've been looking for soft sided carriers but they all seem to be too big (as per JetBlue standards). I found this adorable carrier that's only 2.5 inches too tall...do you think I could swing it? It seems like all the nice/affordable ones are way too big Help!?

I Love Thor Donating Member | I wouldn't take any chances. They are really cracking down on bags, and carry ons and the rules in general so I would make sure to get a airline approved carrier...Now you might be able to get away with sneaking her in your lap...but that's a different story! |

| I've never flown with my furbabies so I'm really not sure, but I would be afraid it might not fit under the seat. But I know they don't usually measure carry-on luggage, so maybe someone whose flown with their furbabies can tell if they actually measure the dog carriers.

| The height of the carrier is a big deal because it is specific to each airline as to what will fit under the seat in front of you. If you can find the xs Sherpa carrier - it is airline approved for all of them. Target also has a really small one for a reasonable price.
