| Left Nico Alone in the house, gated in the living room as opposed to being in a small gated area, with our Maltese Madison. We left them for 6 hours. All the way home from shopping I said to my husband that I was sure the place would be a mess, pee and poop all over. Well to my surprise there was nothing. He pooped on the pad and held his pee till we got home. I did notice that he chewed very little on the corner of my coffee table, which is now covered with a tablecloth. But all in all he was wonderful. I plan on leaving him the same way tomorrow. You go Nico, you are the man. |

| Yeah mine sleep when we aren't home. We crate them if it's near the times they need to go out to poop and haven't gone yet, otherwise we leave them out and they just sleep in our bed or lay in the sun. They are always stretching when we get home - Loki didn't even come downstairs to see what groceries I got today. Heehee. I thought the same thing as you the first few times, but they surprised me too! Sometimes I think Loki WANTS us to leave so he can nap in peace.
