| Petsmart Card I won a Petsmart card from Laura in the YT 100,000 post giveaway and I don't have one real close to me so I finally had a window of opportunity to go to one today in Encinitas because I was picking my son up from one of his favorite surf beaches up there. I only had an hour so I started going aisle by aisle and I was finding so much more good stuff than what I usually see at Petco which is where I usually go, that I kept getting stalled..... By the time I was at the register it was already 3pm which was when I was supposed to be picking my son up, the lady had me fill out the info for the frequent buyer card and I was in such a hurry that..... I FORGOT TO USE THE GIFT CARD!!!! Have you ever done that? Which do you like better? Petco or Petsmart? All is not lost since that means I get to go back!!! lol! |

| Kim, that is so something I would do! I'm like a kid in a candy store at Petsmart! I much prefer it over Petco. There is a Petco right behind my apartment but I go out of my way to Petsmart! And Petco doesn't carry the infamous soccer balls Did you remember to get your son? haha |

| That is funny Kim! I like Petsmart and Petco about the same. I have made a few trips to Petco in the past couple of weeks because they had a 2 for 1 special on Royal Canin when using their FB card. |

| I love Petco's selection, but I think that they are way overpriced. I went there to buy Nylabones, and they were $5 more than they were at Petsmart, and $6 more than at Target! I was shocked! Their greenies are priced pretty high too.

| Pet stores I prefer PetsMart. I have been to PETCO, however, I feel more comfortable with PetsMart. |

| I prefer Petsmart to Petco. Our Petco is not very clean and it has very little product selection. Petsmart is great. |

| PetsMart is my choice. They have so much more than Petco AND PetsMart is less expensive. I looked at the cage I bought my does. SAME cage, same brand-everything. It is a double door, small cage and it was $15 more at Petco. They had a frisbee there that I bought that was like $5 more than PetsMart. Petco also had a harness that was $20 more than PetsMart was!The biggest thing though is the variety. I think PetsMart has more. BUT, if there is something that Petco has that PetsMart doesn't, I buy from Petco (I have their card too).

| I am shocked at how many more people chose Petsmart over Petco. I personally think Petsmarts in Chicago suck. I much prefer Petco. They have better quality goods and a much bigger variety. I compared prices w/ Stewie's food/water system I bought and Petco was $14 cheaper. AND they have WAAAAAAYYYYY cuter clothes than Petsmart. Whew!

| I don't go to either one.... I really like Pet Food Express. The people are so friendly. Is Pet Food Express a California thing only? |

| It's got everything! All the good frou frou foods (not like Pedigree or that crap) and great deals. Like if you buy three bags of kibble, you get the fourth one for free. They have a place with all the amenities to groom your pet yourself, like the special shower nozzles and grooming tables. They have beds, clothes, leashes, toys... They even had an Oakland A's jersey for small dogs! http://petfoodexpress.com//services/gateway.html I never knew they were Bay Area based only! |
