| lumpy area after shots Can any of you that has had their dog to develop a lump after shots tell me about how big the place was on the dog?

| I know after Lily got a shot there was a little lump where the needle was.It was a little larger than the size of a pea. Sort of on her back to the side. It went away after a few days. Sorry, bad description but I hope it helps!

| I work for a people doc and he says that animals are the same as the babies we immunize. They can develop a lump at the injection site that can last up to 2 weeks. As long as there are no signs of infection, it's normal

| this area is kinda big, now I am starting to worry if its something else. Its probably the size of the old dollar coins.
