YT 500 Club Member | Here we go again! We go through this every time the grass is wet. Sophie won't poop on wet grass which means that no matter how much we take her out, we find it on the carpet in the dining room. It doesn't help that I was just watching Animal Planet's It's Me or the Dog, and the dog was pooing in the house, and they were talking about how dirty the house was. I am really tired of this, but she is six, and I don't see any hope in sight.

| Unfortunately, Bailey did that a few times several weeks ago -it was very aggravating!! The dining room is a room we that we don't use very much so we keep it blocked off until she's poop'd for the day. In addition she gets a ton of praise when she poops outside (its kinda like starting over). So far, it has worked - no accidents for a month now. Its kinda funny - a day doesn't go by without discussing Bailey's daily poop so we can finally relax |

My Little Man! Donating Member | Well my baby didnt like wet grass at all. In fact when he was around 6 months he would refuse to go on the wet grass and thats the only place he would poop lol He doesnt like to be in the rain either but doesnt mind snow. I think he got much better as he got older. Now he will show me that he doesnt like the wet grass but he would go. So I guess just have some patience they overgrow those things

| A friend has a shih tzu and she doesn't like the wet grass either - so the dog walks along a garden edge of concrete blocks. I wonder if you put out some stepping stones to help your baby get where she needs to go? |

| Does she usually poop in the same place in the house? If so, maybe you could try putting a pee pad there. I know you probably don't want poo in your house, but at least it would be on a pad and not on your floor. |
