Multiple dog families - Jealous? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Those that have multiple dogs, does your yorkie prefer to play with them that you? Unfortunately, Trevor has to stay at home alone several days a week while I work. Of course when I get home, he's screaming his head off for me to pick him up and hold him.

After about 5 minutes of cuddling and potty time, he's forgotten all about me and wants to play with my rat terrier. She's a great babysitter and loves to play with him. So while I'm doing the domestic chores, cooking, cleaning up, etc., Bunny keeps Trevor occupied, even if they're in the kitchen with me. But after dinner, I want to play with Trevor and spend time with him, but he's more intereted in Bunny. He's even decided that he wants to sleep curled up to her in our bed than by me.

So I've been a little hurt feeling he loves his doggy sister better than me! Am I being silly?

I've been through that also...when we first adopted Byron from the local shelter, Mojo forgot about me

i was sooo jealous...it got better know, although they still inseparable.

same here brownie rather play with kayko then me but i love it brownie is to much up my butt LMAO

Higgins and Pogo are both very jealous of any attention the other one gets! And they are still sorting out the Alpha Dog thing. But they still greet each other with kisses each morning. Then they snarl and the day starts.

"Chloe" also prefers to play with our Sheltie "Neo" over me. But he gets her soooo riled up! But whenever mommy needs a "break" from Chloe I just take her upstairs and Neo will amuse her.

I have three furbabies so I am real low on the totem pole lol. I have been real lucky my two yorkie adore there big sis Lucky and Lucky would be lost without the two little yorkie terrorists. With three there is alway one who his willing to give there moma some lovin........................Cindy
